Our teams will work proactively with all of the tradespeople and contractors involved in order to coordinate the assorted systems and ensure they work together efficiently. We can provide subcontractor scope of works or specifications for the speciality trades as well as create tender documentation and help with subcontractor selection.

Every project we deliver includes a full year’s aftercare & support package as standard. During this time we will maintain the installation, ensuring everything works perfectly and also make planned visits to ensure that all equipment is clean, updated and working for you and your lifestyle requirements.

Every project is different and all of our jobs are bespoke but our process tends to fall into these stages.
1 -Consultation

2 - DESIGN
This is where our passion and expertise really comes to the forefront, combining creativity and technical know-how to design a system that makes the exact requirements possible.
3 - Project management
The most essential part of any project is that it is delivered on time and to budget, an area in which we excel. We deal with all of the different sub-contractors and technical experts needed.
4 -Programming
A truly bespoke system will require a custom program and user interface to achieve the functionality but, equally as important, be effortless to use. We are experts at delivering this careful balance.
5 - INstallation
The clients vision comes to life on-site, with our well established systems and processes, enabling us to deliver the job with the minimum amount of disruption, working collaboratively alongside all other contractors.
6 - Comissioning
We check, inspect and test every operational component, ensuring the system is installed, programmed and configured to the agreed specification.
7 - Handover
The final step is to demonstrate how to use the system. Our systems are so intuitively designed that even guests or visitors can use them with ease after short and simple demonstrations.
8 - Support
We provide an ongoing service level agreement, tailored to best meet the needs of the system and to ensure the desired technology is always Working to an optimal level.
