The use of heat recovery systems that can provide both heating and cooling within the same room has become increasingly widespread across various properties. However, as more of these systems are installed, it becomes apparent that a central management system is needed to ensure that they work together effectively. This is especially important to avoid situations where the heating and cooling systems are working against each other, leading to inefficiencies and wasted energy.

When multiple HVAC systems are used within the same property, having a single building management system can be highly beneficial. This allows for all the different systems to work together in unison, ensuring that the overall efficiency of the property is maximised. Additionally, a central management system can provide valuable data and insights into system performance. This can then be used to make informed decisions about future upgrades and maintenance and create significant improvements in energy efficiency and cost savings.

Bespoke heating & energy management systems

  • PERFECT TEMPERATURE

    An automated heating and cooling system can ensure that your home's rooms are at the perfect temperature year-round. The intelligent room controller starts heating a room when necessary, so you can keep heating costs low during the day while you're away. With smartphone apps, you can easily adjust the temperature, program changes, and control your heating from anywhere.

  • WORKING IN UNISON

    A properly managed system ensures that two separate controllers don't end up fighting each other. For example, if you have underfloor heating in a gym but also have and air conditioning in there you need to ensure the heating is switched off before you turn on the air-conditioning on, in order to avoid both systems running at full output, trying to undo the efforts of the other.

  • CONVENIENT CONTROL

    With the right systems and proper configuration, your heating system shouldn't need much adjustment, whilst still giving quick and convenient access to change the temperature anywhere in the house.

  • REMOTE CONTROL

    Your system can go into away mode when you've been out of the house for longer than 24 hours. However, it's not clever enough to predict when you're going to return home to ensure the hot water is back on and you're not returning to a cold house.
